SWOT

SWOT contains 4 sections, Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Threat.

In Strength, list all strengths/positive goals of an organisation. The list is on the left side.

In Weakness, list all problems within the organisation. The list is on the right side, next to Strength section.

Below Strength, is Opportunity where any potential goals and aims are achievable, put in.

Finally, Threat, next to Opportunity, is where any potential threats towards the organisations are put in.

The reason for those 4 sections, is to help us develop an organisation structure and to create a better teamwork.

The three main goals of SWOT are –

  1. Erase all potential Threat.
  2. Reduce the Weakness list.
  3. Use Opportunity to help and erase some of Threat or/and Weakness.

That way, we could have a better organisation structure.
